R. David Keillor
Chairman & CTO
R. David (Dave) Keillor was one of the founders of Technology Concepts, a company that entered the real estate software space in 1995 with a state-of-the-art MLS system. The company has developed an advanced product, named Eventus,that provides real estate firms with a proprietary information system.
Dave graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Electrical Engineering degree. Prior to founding Technology Concepts, he worked for IBM in product development and strategy. His last nine years at IBM were in competitive assessment and technology strategy where one of his major accomplishments was developing data models that predicted the characteristics of future technology.
His current interest is using data mining techniques to create predictive behavioral models in the real estate industry. When fully developed, these models will answer important questions such as: What are the unique characteristics of highly productive agents – and of low producers? Who are an agent’s “hot” prospects and who are not-so-hot? What is the expected time on market for a subject property at any given price? What is the expected time on market for a subject property at any given price?
AnneMarie Scarisbrick-Hauser, PhD
Vice President of Strategic Initiatives
AnneMarie specializes in enterprise business intelligence and data management solutions. She has nearly 20 years of analytical data management experience across a broad range of clientele, Fortune 500 companies, federal/state/local governments, and non-profit health care companies.
AnneMarie also has extensive experience in leveraging business intelligence technology and information assets to enhance business profitability and compliance including AML, Patriot Act, and Privacy for financial services companies and higher education organizations. In addition, Dr. Scarisbrick-Hauser has established and led strategic analytics programs, business data warehouse requirements workshops, corporate data governance, data stewardship, and data integrity projects.
AnneMarie has extensive experience in building new organizations to implement and sustain business intelligence solutions. Recognized as an effective and energetic change agent, AnneMarie is a Six Sigma Black Belt and has presented at numerous domestic and international academic and professional conferences, many as the keynote speaker. She has also published in numerous journals and has co-authored a book on applied sociology.
Bruce D. Keillor, PhD
Vice President of Marketing
Bruce specializes in strategic marketing planning, data analytics, and predictive modeling.He has been with Technology Concepts since its inception in 1993 in a variety of capacities including data analysis, new product development, sales and promotional strategy, sales force management, and predictive modeling.Over this period of time he has held the positions of both Director and Vice President of Marketing.
In addition he has served as a consultant to Fortune 500 companies primarily in the areas of data mining, analytics, and predictive modeling. Dr. Keillor’s academic experience includes being a tenured Professor of Marketing & International Business at Missouri State University (5 years), a tenured Professor of Marketing & International Business at The University of Akron, Director of the Institute for Global Business at The University of Akron (10 years). Currently he is a professor of Marketing & International Business and Director of the Williamson Center for International Business at Youngstown State University.
Dr. Keillor has authored over 100 academic and practitioner articles and books in the past 15 years and is the Founding Editor of Direct Marketing: An International Journal, published by Emerald Publications in the United Kingdom.
Thomas G. Ress
Director of Real Estate Systems
Tom has been working closely with the Real Estate Agents, Public users and the Development staff during his 11 years at Technology Concepts. He has become an expert in the Real Estate market for work process, work flow, data structures and data statistics. He has helped to create business rules that help to keep the data structured and usable for predictive and analytical statistics.
Tom has played a key role in the development of the Eventus product. Tom is responsible for defining the requirements and future direction of Eventus with input from users and drawing on his expertise in work flow management.
Tom joined Technology Concepts as Operations Manager in 1997, was promoted to Customer Service Manager in 1998, and became Internet Services Manager in 2002. In 2004 he was appointed Product Manager,and then named Director of Real Estate Systems in 2007. Tom also performs training Eventus and its effective use.
Prior to joining the Company, he was a store manager for a major nationwide retail chain. Tom attended the University of Minnesota where he studied Management and Psychology.
